OMPT Fellows 2009-2010

Elizabeth BottrellElizabeth Bottrell PT, MPT
Elizabeth received her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2006 and has worked at the Advanced Manual Physical Therapy with orthopedic manual physical therapist fellow, Vince Kabbaz, since that time. In addition to her fellowship training, Liz is concurrently enrolled in the Masters of Rehabilitative Science program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a member of the APTA, the Orthopaedic Section of the APTA, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.

 

Matthew ButlerMatthew Butler PT, DPT, CSCS, OCS
Matthew received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2005 and has worked as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist since that time. Matt is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has expertise in dance and Pilates, with research presentations and publications in the subject area. In addition to his fellowship training, Matt is concurrently enrolled in the Masters of Rehabilitative Science program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Matt is a member of the APTA, the Orthopaedic and Research Sections of the APTA, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.

 

Jeff ClarkJeff Clark PT, MPT, MBA, OCS
Jeff received his Masters of Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in 2001 and has worked at the University of Illinois Medical Center since that time. Jeff is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is an adjunct instructor in the UIC DPT program, teaching in the Kinesiology and Musculoskeletal Dysfunction courses, and is also a clinical instructor in the outpatient orthopedic clinic. In addition to his fellowship training, Jeff is concurrently enrolled in the Masters of Rehabilitative Science program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Jeff is a member of the APTA, the Orthopaedic Section of the APTA, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.

 

Wesley MillerWesley Miller PT, MPT
Wesley received his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2003 and has worked as a staff physical therapist and director in outpatient physical therapy since that time. In addition to his fellowship training, Wesley is concurrently enrolled in the transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of North Carolina. Wesley is member of the Orthopaedic Section of the APTA, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists, and serves as a member delegate to the APTA 2009-10 House of Delegates. He is also a former member of the North Carolina Physical Therapy Association Board of Directors and recently developed the content for an ongoing physical therapy scholarship campaign raising over $10,000 through a course on orthopaedic manual therapy.
