Fall 2010 Application Process
There are two parts to the Fall 2010 application: the online application and a supplemental set of materials. Applicants to the DPT program will now apply online using the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS). Applicants can begin their PTCAS application on July 15, 2009. The PT program application deadline is October 15, 2009. The supplemental materials must be sent directly to the Department of Physical Therapy and postmarked by the October 15 deadline. Pre-Admissions Advising
Prospective students are encouraged to attend an advising session to learn more about our DPT program. These are group information sessions followed by a brief, one-on-one meeting with an adviser. Individual appointments are not otherwise available. >> More

Acceptance Rates
The percentage of applicants offered admission varies with the size of the applicant pool. In 2006, there were 286 applicants to the program. In 2007, there were 365 applicants. In 2008, there were 383 applicants. Offers sufficient to fill a class of 54 are made. We have typically made offers double the class size in order to achieve our desired class size.
