Fall 2013 Application Process
There are two parts to the Fall 2013 application: the online PTCAS application and an online UIC application. Applicants to the DPT program will now apply online using the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS). Applicants can begin their PTCAS application on July 2, 2012. The PT program application deadlines for both online applications is October 15, 2012. To learn more about the PTCAS application process, please visit the PTCAS web site at www.ptcas.org

Pre-Admissions Advising
Prospective students are encouraged to attend an advising session to learn more about our DPT program. These are group information sessions followed by a brief, one-on-one meeting with an adviser. Individual appointments are not otherwise available. >> More

Acceptance Rates
The percentage of applicants offered admission varies with the size of the applicant pool. In 2009 there were 511 applications. Offers sufficient to fill a class of 54 are made. We have typically made offers double the class size in order to achieve our desired class size.
