Physical therapists and occupational therapists are among the smartest career picks for 2006, according to a U.S. News and World Report guide to best – and worst – careers. The guide lists jobs from “excellent” to “poor” based on various criteria including career outlook and job satisfaction. Flexibility in work settings, high personal satisfaction and a fast-growing field were among the reasons cited for placing occupational therapists and physical therapists in the “excellent” category.
