The curriculum design necessitates a full-time commitment. The program begins in the fall, and required courses must be taken in a fixed sequence. In the MS/C program, students have the following options for their course of study:

• Course-Only Option
  Most students complete the course-only option which requires 74 credits for graduation and takes two years of full-time study to complete. 
• Thesis/Project Option
  Students who are apply for and are approved for the project or thesis option may require an additional 4-16 credits and may be enrolled for an additional four months. This option is designed for students who desire an extra learning experience without completing the OTD.
