The Art Lounge Gallery at the University of Illinois at Chicago will feature a monthlong exhibition on microscopic art by UIC alum Diane Nelson.

About the Artist
Nelson is a graduate of UIC's biomedical visualization program. She also earned a Master of Public Health from the university. A distinguished member of the Association of Medical Illustrators, Nelson has built an award-winning career in medical illustration, medical-legal exhibits, and medical publications. Among her many accomplishments, she has served as president of several companies, including BIOMEDIA Corporation.
