MS in HI program designated "Approved Program" by CAHIIM

On November 17, 2006, the Master of Science in Health Informatics program received designation as an "Approved Program"  by the Commission on Accreditation of Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM).
The program has voluntarily undergone a rigorous review process and has been determined to meet or exceed the standards set by the sponsoring professional organization - the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) - in cooperation with the Commission.
