Center on Epidemiology and Demography of Disability
Directed by Dr. Glenn T. Fujiura, the Center on Epidemiology and Demography of Disability is a collection of research projects thematically focused on evaluating trends in disability demography and disability etiologies that have implications for planning and policy development. The work is local, national, and international in scope, using state and national data systems and economic development data from the World Bank. New initiatives involve development of DD health surveillance data sets in Illinois. Projects are funded through NIDRR, CDC, and state and local grants.
